Very gentle program

I have to agree with the previous review here (Shelly) - this class is more suited for complete beginners to any form of exercising. I've done pilates before, and was hoping to learn some prenatal exercises, but don't really feel like I have. It was nice to get some mild exercise done though.

Easy program

I have done pilates in the past and this was extremely easy. I would consider it more stretching than pilates. Their other pilates program is more like the pilates I am used to (still easy). I would say this program is for someone with no exercise experience and/or who hasn't gotten movement in for a VERY long time. The instructor is very sweet though!

Hi Shelly, thank you for sharing your feedback! This class is a gentle class :)
